Junior Investment Banker

What role you will play in team: Collaborate with senior bankers on various transactions, including M&A, leveraged finance and restructuring.

What you will do: Conduct financial analysis, build and maintain financial models, and prepare presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibility:

• Assist in all aspects of transaction execution.
• Conduct industry and company research.
• Prepare presentations and pitch books for clients.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses.
• 
  Support due diligence efforts and other transaction-related tasks.
• Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials and client communications.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in investment banking or related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
