We are looking to recruit engineers to join the FIC (Fixed Income and Currencies) Technology teams to help us accelerate our migration to Google Cloud – people with experience in developing for cloud technologies.

Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with proven track record of architecting, design and developing software applications to join one of our server-side development teams in Pune. In this role you are expected to work closely with Team Leads or Software Development Managers and other key stake holders to ensure good quality, maintainable, scalable and high performing software applications are delivered to users. You are expected to be able to work independently requiring minimal technical/tool guidance and technically guide and mentor junior members in the team.

Duties/Responsibilities

Design and develop business features for the platform

Contribute in strategic development of platform architecture and infrastructure

Contribute to analysis for new business requirements

Work with team leads of peer teams to define and deliver successfully on integration points

Lead scrum teams and manage end to end delivery

Train other team members to bring them up to speed

Analyse software defects and fix them in timely manner

Communicate with stakeholders

Articulate issues and risk to management in timely manner

Experience and Skills (ITC)

• B.Tech/BE or M.Tech/ME/MCA/M.Sc. preferably in Computer-Science


• A hands-on technologist with 13+ years of experience in Java based technologies, Micro-services architecture, CI/CD pipeline

Essential skills (ITC)

• Java 8, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, Junit, Oracle/SQL/ PL SQL, Linux, Shell Script, JMS, MQ


• Jira, Confluence, Git, Maven, Teamcity/Jenkins, Artifactory
