- As a PMO Analyst & Project Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively tracking milestones, project deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines across the entire project lifecycle.
- Providing timely and accurate updates on project management tools, including but not limited to dbClarity, to reflect current project status.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly Workstream Reports and maintaining comprehensive project artifacts within SharePoint, including robust access granting and controls.
- Support the updating of critical documentation, supporting materials, and project plans for Steering Committees, internal teams, and senior leaders.
- Actively collaborating and engaging with stakeholders across the PMO team and project-related stakeholders to foster a cohesive and efficient project environment.
- Develop and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports, leveraging Power Query for data accuracy and consistency
- Applying basic Python scripting to automate routine data tasks, enhance data processing capabilities, and perform preliminary data analysis.
The PMO Analyst & Project Support will
- Support the central governance framework in execution project teams, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and standards.
- Assist in project delivery by actively monitoring and controlling defined criteria and tollgates, escalating deviations as necessary.
- Support the governance of project methodologies, tools, and templates leveraged across all projects within the portfolio of the IB Transformation Projects.
- Ensure consistent project delivery through diligent monitoring and controlling of defined criteria and tollgates, contributing to predictable project outcomes.
- Consolidate and share common lessons learned to continuously improve project implementations and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO.
- Education: Bachelors degree, preferably with a focus in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good understanding of Program Management methodologies, tooling, planning, and standards.
- Exposure to industry-recognized project management frameworks such as Prince2, PMP, or Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and stakeholders effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Strong practical experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, report creation, and data modeling.
- Demonstrable experience with Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Basic proficiency in Python, particularly for data manipulation, automation, or scripting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions to inform decision-making.
