Job Title:Private Bank Operations, Assistant Vice President (AVP)
Location: Pune, India
Role Description
The AVP will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. Candidate/Applicant needs to ensure team adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. Role would involve people management and leading the team to ensure accurate, timely and quality delivery of services provided within a risk free controlled environment, to ensure Deutsche Banks overall client satisfaction. You should have fundamental knowledge of KYC, Account opening, Banking, Securities etc

- Identifying Operational risks proactively and mitigating appropriately.
- Regular review of procedures.
- Ensure adequate back-ups created for all critical positions and assist other teams during contingencies (staff shortage, high volumes etc).
- Ensure all audit points are closed within the expected time limit.
- Analyze the process and encourage for continuous innovation to reduce cycle time, minimize risk and maximize productivity.
- Understand client requirements and drive self and team to meet the requirements.
- Build effective relationship with DBOI senior management, senior management staff of WM and Other Onshore Partners and the WM staff to develop processes that improve on as is activities and create value
- Prepare management updates on key projects, controls, ongoing operational initiatives, financials and related business management activities.
- Support Risk and Control initiatives and facilitate ongoing monitoring
- Keep all operational guidelines updated and ensure adherence to standards, procedures and also identify plan to mitigate risks where-ever there is a control issue
- Develop relationship and credibility with all internal stakeholders
- Work closely with onshore business managers on upcoming projects, assignments and initiatives
Qualification
- Graduates/post graduates with good academic records with 10-14 years of experience

- Assisting the team in decision making and taking complete ownership of the situation.
negotiations skills are required, leadership skills will be essential for this role. Follow through skills, Effective communication skills, fluency in Microsoft Office skills, ability to confidently handle internal clients, futuristic and innovative approach will be expected. Ability and willingness to work in night shift is a must.
