Associate Director - Sales Operations

Role Overview

This is a multifaceted, hands-on role built around communication, process, procedure and problem-solving.

You will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer and the Senior Leadership Team while partnering with Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations to ensure the Sales Division operates efficiently and information flows clearly across the business.

This opportunity would particularly suit someone currently operating at Senior Manager or Head of Department level and ready for a broader remit and increased exposure to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central operational link between Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR and Central Operations
• Manage the communication and rollout of project launches, commercial changes, incentives, recruitment updates and key operational information
• Review, develop and continuously improve sales processes, policies and procedures across the division
• Map and optimise the broker and buyer customer journey from initial contact through to completion
• Prepare clear and professional internal documentation, including memorandums, incentive documents, process updates and interdepartmental communications
• Provide hands-on support to the Sales and Sales Administration teams, resolving day-to-day sales operational issues, escalations and complaints
• Oversee and improve lead management, broker and buyer registration processes and CRM accuracy
• Work closely with Directors of Sales, Team Leads and Sales Progression to improve pipeline processes and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Support project setup and launches, including sales administration readiness, training coordination, project documentation and internal communication
• Take ownership of Sales Operations policies and procedures, ensuring they remain effective, current and aligned with the wider business
• Support performance appraisals and sales readiness requirements across the division
• Work with senior leadership and sales teams to continuously review and improve CRM processes and adoption

• Minimum 7 year's Real Estate Developer experience with at least 3-4 years within Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a closely related operational function
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, sales progression, CRM (Salesforce) and the broker/buyer journey within real estate
• Proven experience developing and improving sales processes, policies, procedures and SOPs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional internal communications, policies and commercial documentation
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR and Operations
• Highly organised, process-driven and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Confident working with senior leadership and sales teams and able to manage escalations effectively
