• KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :In this client facing role, your focus shall be on executing sell and buy side mandates for Transaction Advisory and related Support Services. Execute and manage entire Domestic Fund-raising process.We seek a Chartered Accountant or CFA and/ B. Tech + MBA / MBA (Finance) from a top - tier Business School with 2-3 years of post qualification experience for the following role:
• To document the narrative and financial viability on a teaser.
• Lead deal Evaluation, analyze the data and operational information to build a narrative. Prepare and review financial models and valuation reports using right method from scratch.
• Lead documentation of an Information Memorandum
• Responsible for managing the equity and enterprise valuation as per global methodology.
• Lead market research and manage data repositories
• Responsible for managing a team of young and bright professionals
• Interacting and coordinating with other divisions of the firm and associates including for legal, tax and regulatory advise and attain relevant support for structuring and closing investment transactionsRequisite Experience, Skills & Attributes :
• Post qualification 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Domestic Investment Banking/ Venture Capital/ Private Equity/ Transaction Advisory.
• Should have work experience in transaction advisory and raising/ investing capital for Indian Corporates/ Start-ups.
• Candidate should have executed end-to-end or closed at least 15 IB/ PE/ VC deals
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, with relevant experience in Client/Investor Interactions.
• Strong financial research and analytical capabilities required.
• Good knowledge of all capital markets-public and private.
• Should have strong technical knowledge of this industry.

• Raising capital including equity and structured Investments through PE and VC funds, Financial Institutions, Family Offices, HNI etc.
• Advising on buy side/sell side/joint venture mandates for corporate and start-ups across sectors in and outside India.
• Advising on placement of private capital as financial or strategic investments for Family offices, and HNIs.
• Assisting and advising the client on commercial negotiations and documentation including LOI's, Term sheets and Definitive Agreements.
• Providing transaction support services including due diligence, valuation, financial projections, feasibility studies, preparing business plan, preparing pitch books, information memorandum etc.D P N C Advisors is the consultancy arm of Dewan P.N .
