Qualifications & Experience:
Education
. Essential: Graduate degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
. Preferred: Diploma or Postgraduate qualification in Logistics or Operations.
Experience
. 5-7 years of experience in logistics operations, last-mile delivery coordination, or vendor/partner management roles.Understanding of local geography of J&K
. Exposure to courier, express logistics, e-commerce delivery, or franchise-based delivery models preferred. Skills & Capabilities:
Core Technical Skills
. Service Centre operations (including Delivery & pick up operations )
SLA tracking and service quality monitoring
Operational MIS and reporting
Partner coordination and field execution
Behavioural Competencies
. Strong execution discipline
. Problem-solving mindset
. Effective communication with field partners
. Ability to work in dynamic, high-volume operations
