We're building a talent pipeline of IT professionals at different experience levels, from IT Systems Analyst to Senior IT Systems Analyst, with hands-on expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly Manhattan Active and WMOS 2017, to support our evolving supply chain technology landscape.

Based in Bangalore, India, these opportunities offer the chance to support operations across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, collaborate with international teams and potentially travel as part of regional technology projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, configure, implement and support WMS solutions across supply chain operations.

• Contribute to Manhattan WMS implementations, enhancements and system optimisation.

• Support systems integration, testing, troubleshooting and post-go-live activities.

• Translate business requirements into effective and scalable IT solutions.

• Collaborate with IT, operations and business stakeholders across APAC to deliver successful technology projects.

• Drive continuous improvement and system-directed operational performance.

• Support regional projects and initiatives, with potential travel across APAC depending on business needs.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS is mandatory for all profiles, including IT Systems Analyst and Senior IT Systems Analyst.

• Experience with Manhattan Active WMS and/or WMOS 2017.

• Experience in IT systems analysis, WMS implementation, configuration or application support.

• Understanding of SQL, databases, systems integration and testing.

• Experience supporting IT projects and working with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Additional language skills and an interest in working in a multicultural, regional environment would be an advantage.

• Willingness to support operations across APAC, including potential business travel.

• A passion for technology, innovation and continuous improvement.
