Senior Finance Manager
FLDG / Co- lending.
- Prepare MIS, board presentation inputs, quarterly / annual reports, and management summaries
- Manage coordination with auditors (statutory and internal), bankers, and regulatory bodies for audits and reviews
- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements relevant to NBFC operations
- Monitor monthly income vs costs against budgets and provide actionable insights
- Track investments, returns, and financial performance against internal targets
- Support business finance activities for company Cash, including tracking profitability, portfolio performance, and key operating metrics
- Coordinate with partner accounts teams to resolve reconciliation, tax, and process-related queries
- Work closely with product, risk, collections, and business teams to provide financial inputs and operational insights for
- Work closely with business, credit, operations, and tech teams during onboarding of new partners and financial process implementations
- Support financial due diligence of potential partners and business opportunities

- Manage partner reconciliations, ensuring per-loan-level principal and income matching
- Oversee finance operations across reconciliations, reporting, compliance, and accounting workflows
- Work closely with FLDG / lending partnerships teams for financial processes and reporting
- Manage and delegate tasks across junior accountants and finance team members
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, compliance filings, and finance MIS prepared by the team
- Help improve finance processes, controls, reporting systems, and operational efficiency
