Human Resources Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, and the maintenance of a positive work culture within the organisation.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Manage job postings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring portals
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee lifecycle processes
• Conduct employee engagement activities and help build a positive work environment
• Address employee queries and support grievance handling
• Assist in performance management and review processes

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR tools

• Experience in hiring for digital marketing, e-commerce, or creative roles
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Hiring, etc.
• Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement strategies
