• About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ROI-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in running paid campaigns, generating leads/sales, optimising ad spend, and scaling digital growth for brands. Candidates with additional knowledge of SEO and e-commerce marketplace operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Paid Advertising Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• Amazon Advertising
• Other paid channels as required
• Monitor budgets and improve ROAS
• Conduct audience testing, ad copy testing, and campaign scaling

Strategy & Growth:

• Build lead generation and sales funnels
• Customer acquisition and retention planning
• Performance optimisation for D2C and e-commerce brands
• Landing page and conversion optimisation

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and report:
• ROAS
• CPC
• CTR
• CAC
• Conversion Rate
• Use:
• Google Analytics
• Meta Business Suite
• Google Tag Manager
• Search Console

SEO & E-commerce (Preferred):

• Basic to intermediate SEO understanding
• Knowledge of:
• Amazon Seller Central
• Shopify
• Flipkart
• Etsy
• Marketplace performance metrics
• Assist in organic growth strategies alongside paid efforts

Team Coordination:

• Work with content, design, and sales teams
• Coordinate campaign creatives and promotional launches

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing
• Expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of ad metrics and optimisation
• Knowledge of tracking pixels and conversion events
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills
