Role:
Own and drive the Commercial Vehicle portfolio centrally, with responsibility for business growth, profitability, pricing, commissions, renewals, product initiatives and portfolio steering.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the Commercial Vehicle portfolio centrally, with responsibility for business growth, profitability, pricing, commissions, renewals, product initiatives and portfolio steering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own CV business performance and profitability.
- Drive pricing, commission and portfolio strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities across segments, channels and geographies.
- Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Product, Actuarial, Finance and Renewals teams.
- Track key business metrics and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve growth, retention and business quality.
- 3–4 years of experience in Motor/CV Insurance, Strategy, Product, Analytics or Portfolio Management.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in pricing, profitability, business planning or portfolio steering.
