Digital Lok is a growing digital marketing and creative solutions company specialising in digital marketing, branding, social media management, animation, website development, and creative content solutions. • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews and interview coordination
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation processes
• Assist in maintaining attendance and HR databases
• Support employee engagement activities and team coordination
• Help in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on hiring platforms
• Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and employees

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
• Confidence in handling calls and interviews
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, BBA, MBA, or related fields
• Freshers are welcome
• Candidates with good communication skills will be preferred
