Digital Marketing Team Lead

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Team Lead to spearhead and propel our digital marketing initiatives. The perfect candidate should possess extensive proficiency in performance marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics. Moreover, they should exhibit adept leadership skills to guide a team efficiently and execute campaigns that yield tangible outcomes.

As a Digital Marketing Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will encompass developing and implementing data-centric digital strategies, overseeing budget allocation for optimal ROI, leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, fine-tuning paid campaigns for lead generation and conversions, enhancing organic visibility through SEO and content optimization, monitoring performance metrics, and providing actionable insights through detailed analytics and reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for bolstering our online presence and embracing cutting-edge digital trends to keep the brand innovative.

Ideal candidates should boast a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, possess hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms, exhibit strong leadership qualities, excel in project management, possess analytical acumen, stay abreast of the latest digital marketing tools and trends, and showcase excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities. The candidate must demonstrate the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while efficiently managing multiple projects.
