Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive or Lead who can handle accounting functions independently with minimal supervision. This candidate will be a part of the Finance and Accounts team, working directly with the Manager - Accounts and Senior Director. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, commercially aware, and capable of managing assigned finance functions.

Job Profile:

• Bank Reconciliations including cash management and managing banking relationships.
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing issues and management.
• Manage direct and in-direct taxation, including GST Compliance.
• Finalization of accounts and project finance.
• Experience in dealing with government departments, specifically Income tax, GST, and Profession Tax.
• Planning and Forecasting: Preparation of annual forecast (actual + projections) monthly.
• Annual Budgeting: Goal setting, investment planning, key initiatives, and preparation of P&L.
• Salary and Payroll processing activities including statutory payouts like PF, P-Tax, ESIC, etc.
• Sales Invoices and Receivables Accounting and publishing relevant MIS for collections.
• Track all kinds of expenses, payments to vendors, and employee travel reimbursement.
• Work with statutory and tax auditors for year-end finalizations.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in using Tally or QuickBooks.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in accounting and finalization of accounts.
• Good knowledge of GST and direct taxation.

Educational Qualification:

• Master's degree in commerce

• Management qualification desirable.
