Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients, driving AUM, revenue and profitability.
- Develop strategic client relationships and originate high-value business opportunities.
- Provide senior-level advice across investments, portfolio strategy and wealth management solutions.
- Drive client acquisition, retention and share-of-wallet growth.
- Build strong market presence through networks, referrals and strategic partnerships.
- Partner with product and investment specialists to deliver bespoke wealth solutions.
- Provide market insights and contribute to the growth and development of the Wealth Management franchise.
- Mentor senior RMs and contribute to building a high-performance team culture.
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, compliance and client outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment-led Financial Services.

- Proven track record in HNI/UHNI relationship management, AUM and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in investment products, financial markets and wealth solutions.
- Established network and credibility with HNI/UHNI clients, entrepreneurs and family offices.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and business origination capability.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor and influence high-performing teams.
- High integrity, discretion, judgement and strong client-centricity.
