• Sales & Business Growth: Drive targets for CASA (Current Account Savings Account), fixed deposits, fee income, and third-party wealth/insurance products.
• Operations & Service Management: Oversee daily branch workflow, ensure high standards of customer service delivery, and resolve escalated complaints.
• Compliance & Audit: Maintain strict adherence to internal bank policies, regulatory requirements, and audit mandates.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and collective targets.
