Project Manager, Credit Cards
Location: Mumbai
Maximum Age: 34 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5 - 10 years in banking, preferably in Credit Cards, Digital Banking, Customer Onboarding, or Project/Program Management.
- Core Expertise: End-to-end customer onboarding, digital journey implementation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
- Digital Transformation: Experience driving digital initiatives, automation, and seamless, paperless customer journeys.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate with Credit, Risk, Technology, Analytics, Operations, and external vendors.
- MIS & Analytics: Strong understanding of TAT, NPS, CSAT, productivity metrics, and management reporting.
- Risk & Compliance: Knowledge of banking regulations, internal controls, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Project Management: Experience managing initiatives from planning and execution through implementation, monitoring, and performance tracking.
