Senior Role - Zonal/Regional HR - BFS

:

HR Business Partnering :

• Partner with Regional Business Heads and Cluster Managers to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Provide HR insights to drive productivity, retention, and performance
• Act as a single point of contact for all HR-related matters in the regionTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning :
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for branch banking roles (Branch Managers, RMs, Ops staff, etc.)
• Ensure timely closures with quality hiring and cost optimization
• Drive campus and lateral hiring strategiesEmployee Engagement & Retention :- Design and execute engagement initiatives across branches
• Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies
• Conduct skip-level meetings and employee connectsPerformance Management :
• Drive goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisal processes
• Work closely with business teams to identify high performers and manage low performers
• Ensure alignment of performance metrics with business targetsLearning & Development :- Identify training needs and coordinate with L&D teams
• Facilitate leadership development and capability-building programs
• Support onboarding and induction processesHR Operations & Compliance :- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and internal compliance standards
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
• Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and reporting
