Vice President - Treasury - NBFC

Role Purpose:

To drive strategic fund raising and liability management for Capri Global by building strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, private equity, and capital market participants, ensuring optimal cost of funds and diversified funding mix to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Fund Raising & Liability Strategy:

• Lead fund raising across bank loans, term loans, NCDs, ECBs, securitization, and structured instruments
• Develop and execute diversified liability strategy aligned with business growth plans
• Optimize cost of funds, tenor mix, and lender diversification
• Evaluate new funding avenues including capital market and institutional routes

Lender & Investor Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, mutual funds, DFIs, NBFC lenders, and private credit / PE funds
• Anchor negotiations on pricing, covenants, and structures
• Drive repeat funding lines and enhance lender confidence
• Manage investor interactions and due diligence processes

Transaction Execution:

• Lead end-to-end execution of borrowing transactions including documentation and closure
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, rating agencies, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee securitization / assignment transactions and structured deals

Treasury Planning & Analytics:

• Support ALM strategy and liquidity planning in coordination with Treasury Head
• Monitor borrowing pipeline, repayments, and liquidity buffers
• Track market trends, interest rates, and funding opportunities

Ratings & Stakeholder Management:

• Support credit rating interactions and presentations
• Prepare lender/investor decks and financial narratives
• Work closely with finance, business, and strategy teams

Candidate Profile

• 14+ years in Treasury / Fund Raising / Liability Management in NBFC / BFSI
• Strong track record of raising large-scale debt from banks and institutional investors
• Deep relationships across banks, mutual funds, DFIs, and private credit / PE funds
• Experience in structured finance, securitization, or capital market borrowings preferred
• Strong negotiation, structuring, and stakeholder management skills
