Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to oversee the organisations financial operations, budgeting, accounting, financial planning, taxation, and compliance while ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow statements, and MIS reports.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost control across departments.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits, and applicable regulations.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, and working capital.
• Lead internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.
• Coordinate with senior management and department heads on financial planning.
• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

Job Expectations:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial MIS reporting.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
