Storekeeper (Lonavala) For Staff Cafe - Hospitality

:

• 1. Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials as per purchase orders.
• 2. Maintain proper stock levels and ensure systematic storage of items.
• 3. Issue materials to various hotel departments against approved requisitions.
• 4. Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and documentation.
• 5. Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
• 6. Monitor expiry dates, damages, and slow-moving items.
• 7. Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for proper inventory rotation.
• 8. Coordinate with Purchase, F&B, Kitchen, and Accounts departments.
• 9. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the store area.
• 10. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and inventory reports.

Job Expectations:

• Preferred Qualifications:
• 3. Knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, and stock control.
• 4. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software/ERP.
• 5. Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
• 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
