Purchasing Manager

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for spices and agri commodities.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while exploring new sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance for quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to understand procurement needs.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet business and production requirements.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials.
• Secure favorable agreements without compromising quality.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and analyze cost trends.
• Prepare and process purchase orders with accuracy in quantity, specifications, and pricing.
• Track orders, manage delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies or delays.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, contracts, and transactions.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to management.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchase of Spices/Agri Commodities (mandatory).
• Excellent analytical, planning, and cost management skills.
