Law Intern (Real Estate & Property Tech)

Join Indias first Legal-Tech verified property scoring company. We are looking for a motivated Law Intern to join our PropertyXray team in Gorakhpur.

This isn't a traditional law clerkship; you will be at the forefront of real estate innovation, helping us build the DMIX Scorean AI-powered property risk rating system.

You will be responsible for deep-diving into property titles, revenue records, and compliance to ensure our clients make safe investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Verification: Assist in the 50-point verification process, including Title Search, Revenue Records (Khatauni/Khasra), and Zoning/CLU checks.
• Legal Drafting: Help draft and review Sale Deeds, Agreements to Sell, Lease Deeds, and legal opinions.
• 
  Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for residential and commercial property transactions in Gorakhpur and surrounding areas.
• Research: Keep track of the latest updates in RERA, the UP Revenue Code, and local GDA (Gorakhpur Development Authority) bylaws.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the tech and legal teams to translate complex legal findings into easy-to-understand "PropertyXray" reports.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Final year Law student (3-year or 5-year LL.B) or recent graduate.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Registration Act, Transfer of Property Act, and Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).

• Language: Proficient in English (for drafting) and Hindi (for reading local revenue records).
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gorakhpur.
