Jr App Marketing Executive

We are looking for an App Marketing Executive who is passionate about mobile apps, digital marketing, and performance marketing. The candidate will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of app marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant channels.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of mobile app user acquisition, campaign performance metrics, and analytics, along with a strong willingness to learn and experiment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing mobile app user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Set up campaigns, audiences, creatives, budgets, and targeting based on campaign objectives.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as Installs, CPI, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Retention, and LTV.
• Monitor campaign performance regularly and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Assist with budget allocation, bid adjustments, audience targeting, and creative testing.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to develop and test different ad creatives and messaging.
• Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences, campaign structures, and landing pages.
• Work with analytics and attribution platforms to monitor campaign performance and user acquisition data.
• Track campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve user acquisition and campaign efficiency.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities for app growth.
• Assist with App Store Optimization (ASO) activities, including keyword research, store listing optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Stay updated with changes in digital advertising platforms, app marketing trends, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are launched and optimized on time.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in mobile app marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
• Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of mobile app marketing metrics such as CPI, CPA, CTR, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and attribution platforms.
• Good understanding of digital advertising and audience targeting.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and ability to work with campaign data.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in mobile app growth marketing.
