Role OverviewDotts is looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Sales Cloud development and modern Salesforce development practices. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable Salesforce solutions, writing clean code, and working collaboratively using Git-based version control.
Experience with Marketing Cloud is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations
- Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities
- Customize and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Use Git and version control best practices for source code management
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing applications
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows
- Experience with Git and version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
- Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and REST APIs
- Deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions on time
- Write maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code
- Follow Git-based development and version control best practices
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence
