Job Description
- You will be responsible for training aspirants on an integrated module which includes English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft skills, and Work readiness. All session material will be provided to you for effective training. You will also be in charge of publishing and following the Training plan/calendar of the center to ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve supporting in conducting assessments of the aspirants and providing post-placement counselling to them.
Additionally, you will be required to network with guest lecturers/industry professionals to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module. Your support in handholding aspirants at the workplace for a short duration after placement will be crucial for their successful transition. Lastly, you will need to support the center in other works as and when required to contribute to the overall functioning of the program.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Prior experience in training and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
