Job Description
Education:
An M.Sc., M.Tech. or B.Tech. in Microbiology, or Biotechnology required.
Minimum Work Experience :
- 3 - 8 years experience in testing assigned samples (Monoclonal Antibodies /Peptides)
- Hands-on experience in Bioassay, Biochemical analysis techniques, specifically cell-based assay, Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), with a focus on Analytics.
- Experience in cell line maintenance, cell banking, Cell bank Qualification.
- Working experience in a cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) environment, with a special emphasis on Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Electronic documentation by LIMS.
- Handling of incident/ Deviation investigations are added advantage.
