Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. You will be the driving force behind our online presence and patient acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing our social media platforms, maintaining and optimizing the clinics website, running highly targeted paid advertising campaigns, and closely managing the lead flow from generation to appointment conversion. You will collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure all digital efforts align with our business goals and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven digital marketing experience specifically working in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology, or cosmetic healthcare environment.

Core Competencies: Strong, in-depth knowledge of social media management, website administration, paid advertising (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), and end-to-end lead pipeline management.

• Demonstrated ability to track, interpret, and optimize lead flow to maximize patient bookings and ROI.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to aesthetic and skincare patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Chennai, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
