Marketing Manager E-commerce & Growth

About Us

DravaaX Global is a software and product engineering company based in Indore. We work closely with ARTMiE, a European art supplies group running 16+ webshops across Europe, supporting their technology, operations, and growth. Were building a dedicated team in Indore to drive ARTMiEs next stage of sales growth.

The Role

Were looking for a marketing professional who knows how to sell products online and can take full ownership of marketing for the ARTMiE project. Youll shape promotional strategy, improve how our webshops convert, and work hand in hand with our Purchase and Procurement team to align what we sell with what customers want.

What Youll Do

• Own marketing for the ARTMiE project end to end, from strategy to execution and results
• Plan and run promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers that drive measurable sales
• Review the webshops and recommend improvements to product pages, navigation, messaging, and checkout to lift conversion
• Work closely with our Procurement Manager to identify which products to push, what to source, and where customer pain points are
• Track performance (traffic, conversion, campaign ROI) and report on whats working
• Understand European customers and markets, and adapt messaging across regions
• Grow into leading a small marketing team as the project expands

What Were Looking For

• 2-3 years in e-commerce or retail marketing, with a track record of growing online sales
• Strong grasp of promotions, pricing, and customer psychology
• Hands-on experience with website and conversion optimization
• Comfort with analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar) and making data-led decisions
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience with art, craft, stationery, or creative supplies
• Experience marketing to European customers or across multiple countries/languages
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and marketplace selling

Work Setup

• Hybrid, based in Indore. Youll split your week between our office and home, with in-person days for close collaboration with the team, especially our Procurement Manager.
