Role & responsibilities
A Business Development Executive (BDE) at Jana Small Finance Bank focuses on driving liability acquisition (CASA accounts) and business growth by identifying leads, building customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets through branch activities, market outreach, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding. Key responsibilities include cold calling, market campaigns, managing existing clients, ensuring target achievement for liability accounts, and providing a positive new-to-bank (NTB) customer experience. - Sales & Acquisition: Acquire new Current Account Savings Account (CASA) and other liability accounts through various channels like cold calls, referrals, and branch walk-ins.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Market Growth: Implement sales and marketing activities to grow the liability business within assigned areas.
- Target Achievement: Meet overall numbers and value targets as per the performance scorecard.
- Customer Onboarding: Ensure timely account opening and a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
- Strategy Execution: Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
