Sales Coordinator - IJP

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CSR to support the sales team by managing post-sales coordination and execution. The role will ensure smooth order processing, timely documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams and customers, allowing the sales team to focus on business development and new sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales-related documentation, order processing, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain (SCM), and other internal teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely order execution.
• Track order status, deliveries, and pending actions, ensuring timely updates to the sales team.
• Liaise with external customers on order status, documentation, and routine queries, as required.
• Proactively identify and follow up on delays or issues until closure.

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic business documentation.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
