What Youll Be Responsible For
Who Were Looking For
- Owning the P&L for assigned State PCS categories including budgets, pricing, enrollment, and
- Launching new state categories from 0 to 1 across market prioritization, product construct,
- Scaling growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization aligned to exam
- Owning organic distribution across YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, and app, along with
- Driving performance marketing across Meta, Google, and YouTube including budgets, creative
- Leveraging data and competitor intelligence to track funnel performance and drive category
Who Were Looking For
- 4 to 8 years in Category Management, Growth, Business, or P&L ownership roles
- Proven track record of scaling categories within test prep or EdTech, with UPSC, State PCS,
- Demonstrated 0 to 1 experience launching and scaling a new category, market, or product
- Hands-on grasp of acquisition, retention, pricing, performance marketing, and CAC economics
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, comfortable with dashboards and cohort
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and a bias for action
- Experience with YouTube led organic funnels in test prep
- Understanding of the Hindi belt aspirant and how demand moves with state exam cycles
- Prior experience in scaling a test prep category
