Job Description
Drishti IAS is hiring Business Development Trainees/Executives (BDTs/BDEs). BDT/BDE will be working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Drishti IAS way of learning and will be responsible for mentoring students.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to students about various courses and programs across different verticals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-ups to ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed the KPIs set by the manager through effective sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to provide regular feedback.
- Conduct cold calling to engage potential students and maintain records of interactions and inquiries in CRM (LeadSquared).
- English proficiency is mandatory for all positions.
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate can apply.
- Interest in mentoring & guiding students.
- Good interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales and counseling environment.
