About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can turn data into clear insights that support business decisions.

In this role, you will collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop reports and dashboards, and recommend actions to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Work with business, product, finance, marketing, and operations teams to address their analytical needs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Document data sources, analysis methods, and reporting processes.
• Apply data quality, governance, and privacy principles when handling business data.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in SQL and database querying.
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet analysis skills.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and their application to business analysis.
• Experience in business intelligence or reporting.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms.
• Ability to collect, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
