Job Description
- As a Security Supervisor at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our hotel resort in Jaipur. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing the security operations within the hotel resort
- Supervising the security staff to maintain a safe environment for all guests and employees
- Ensuring the physical security of the premises by implementing and monitoring security protocols
- Maintaining regular communication with hotel management and guests to address any security concerns promptly
- Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience
- Managing day-to-day security operations and ensuring compliance with security procedures
To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience in operations management
- Proficiency in physical security practices to safeguard the premises effectively
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
