Job Description
The purpose of this position is to supprt in managing all the communication requirements related to Digital Services and Customer Experience, ensuring the right tone of voice, and maintaining our brand identity across all touchpoints. The nature of work requires providing support for online/offline channels by delivering effective communication messages, creating and implementing communication campaigns that will enhance the overall customer experience and foster positive relationships with our customer base. This requires the role holder to build and maintain solid partnerships with the assigned internal clients, as well as other MarComms support functions, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- :Support Digital Services and Customer Experience with their Brand and Communications requirements by providing effective content across all Human (customer care, telesales, etc.), Physical (stores, etc.), Sensory (sounds like IVR recordings, scents such as outlet fragrance, and sights) touchpoints and ensure all reflects the right messages that are also compliant with brand guidelines
- .Ensure consistent, targeted, up-to-date, accurate, and impactful messages based on market research, best practices, and geo-marketing insights to personalize communication and maximize relevance and effectiveness
- .Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for design, copywriting, and other marketing communication services
- .Monitor customer feedback and sentiment through various channels and dive into the end-to-end customer journey maps (Consumer and Enterprise) and leverage insights to optimize communication strategies
- .Come up with creative ideas to enhance customer experience across all brand touchpoints, and propose digitally-led initiatives to achieve company objectives and strategies
