• Were on our way to 10,000 protected workplaces by 2035.

The Role

• Build Duratufs marketing from the ground up, and lead the change in how we are known — from a rubber products company to a global industrial safety company.
• Bring in good leads, build a trusted safety brand, and turn both into profit.
• What youll own, end to end:

• Reposition the brand: Lead our repositioning from rubber products expert to global industrial safety solutions company — the look, the words, the sales material, and a rebuilt web presence across our sites.
• Build the demand engine: Drive online demand through SEO, performance marketing and B2B portals, alongside outbound — with clean lead tracking in the CRM, so every rupee of marketing-driven profit is visible.
• Unlock our existing database: Wake up a large customer and prospect database we barely use today, and carry our new-product launches into the market.
• Own go-to-market: Run GTM for an ambitious multi-product launch calendar this year, and build the material that helps sales win.
• Build the new digital platform: Shape the brand and launch marketing for a new digital platform were building.
• Build the team: Build and lead a small, sharp team (in-house + agency), and grow into a General Manager role as you deliver.

What Were Looking For

• Based in Kolkata or ready to relocate. This is an office-first role.
