Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Vantage/wmA, PPlus & DSS with deep functional and technical understanding of the platform, its architecture, configurations, and development capabilities.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, provide solution design recommendations, and independently deliver enhancements, integrations, and development initiatives on Vantage/wmA.
- Proven experience supporting business operations, resolving complex queries, and performing root cause analysis for defects and production issues.
- Experience working on modernization, conversion, migration, or transformation initiatives involving Vantage/wmA platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, architects, and delivery teams to define and implement effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of insurance domain processes and how they align with Vantage/wmA capabilities.
- Experience in effort estimation, solution sizing, proposal support, and contributing to business growth initiatives.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor team members, provide technical guidance, conduct reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for project milestones, delivery timelines, and overall solution quality.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Mainframe is an essential requirement.

About Company
On April 3, 2017, Computer Sciences Corporation and Hewlett Packard Enterprise's Enterprise Services business segment combined to become DXC Technology. It was an IT company that offered services to other businesses. Under the ticker DXC, it started trading on the New York Stock Exchange. DXC Technologies generated $25 billion in sales when it was founded.
The corporation initiated a three-year strategy to decrease employment by 5.9% (about 10,000 people) and cut the number of offices in India from 50 to 26. In order to fulfill its new revenue profile, the firm is reorganizing its personnel, with around 43,000 people (more than a third of its total workforce) based in India.
2017 saw DXC break off its US public sector division to form Perspecta Inc.
In 2019, DXC Technology appointed former Accenture chief group executive Mike Salvino as president and CEO.
Raul Fernandez, a member of the board of directors, was named DXC Technology's president and chief executive officer in 2024.
The purchase negotiations between Atos, a French technology services and consultancy business, and DXC were terminated in February 2021. approximately the deal, Atos had asked approximately US$10 billion in debt.
134,000 people were employed by DXC as of November 2021 throughout more than 70 countries, including the US, India, the Philippines, Central America, and Vietnam.
