Senior Project Manager

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully delivering software and technology projects while ensuring they are completed within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves working closely with clients, stakeholders, developers, designers, and other teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project management professional to take ownership of large-scale projects and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative digital solutions.
What You Will Do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential issues and take appropriate action.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Manage project priorities, resources, and schedules.
• Ensure project requirements and objectives are clearly communicated to the team.
• Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Experience managing software development projects from planning through delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
