  • Lead the design, development and ongoing management of in-house platform components and applications, working across group engineering teams to deliver agreed architecture, security and quality standards.
  • Lead the selection, implementation and governance of third-party technology solutions supporting the inflight retail platform, in line with group procurement, legal and financial requirements.
  • Oversee commercial and product relationships with third-party partners and vendors, ensuring contracts, service levels and product commitments are clearly defined and delivered.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of platform development and implementation programmes across inhouse, partner and third-party workstreams, managing resources, risks and dependencies to agreed milestones, budgets and quality standards.
  • Ensure all platform components and partner integrations comply with established architecture, integration, security and data governance standards, working closely with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Data Governance and Finance teams.
  • Actively embody, promote and advocate the organisation's core values in all interactions, decisions and work practices, serving as a role model for ethical behaviour and an inclusive, respectful workplace.

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in platform, product or programme management roles with accountability for end-to-end delivery.
