Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Customer Support Executive (International). The role involves delivering exceptional customer support to our international clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing online and technical support, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism to enhance client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Online Support, Customer Service, and resolving customer inquiries effectively
• Knowledge in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting technical issues
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage international client interactions
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in high-pressure scenarios
• Familiarity with IT services and software solutions is an advantage
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
