Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display to drive lead generation and revenue growth. Daily activities include managing paid advertising budgets, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and preparing performance reports with clear recommendations. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals, develop A/B testing strategies, refine audience targeting, and continuously improve return on ad spend. The role also involves staying current with performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and compliant with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising, with the ability to manage and optimize campaigns for clear KPIs.
• Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, tag managers, ad platform dashboards) to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience in digital marketing strategy, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization to support lead generation and conversion goals.
• Solid understanding of basic marketing principles, including positioning, messaging, and brand consistency across channels.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with comfort working in cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in performance marketing or digital advertising is highly beneficial.
