About the Role

The PPC Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, account performance, retention, and growth. The role will act as the primary bridge between clients and the internal PPC team, ensuring client objectives are understood, expectations are managed, and campaigns are delivered effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong account management and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of PPC and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and act as their primary point of contact.
• Understand client business goals and translate them into effective PPC strategies and deliverables.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly client calls and monthly performance review meetings.
• Communicate campaign performance, insights, recommendations, and next steps clearly to clients.
• Work closely with PPC Project Managers and Analysts to ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage client expectations, resolve concerns, and coordinate with internal teams on escalations.
• Monitor overall account health, client satisfaction, and campaign performance.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Contribute to strong client retention and long-term relationships.
• Stay updated with PPC trends, platform changes, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in PPC / Paid Media / Performance Marketing.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in client-facing account management with international clients.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with PPC reporting, performance analysis, and presenting insights to clients.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, DV360, and other PPC tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of client retention, account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
