Were looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making across multiple departments. As our Healthcare Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating and maintaining reports, and providing insights into business performance and trends. Responsibilities

• Analyze complex healthcare data sets and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that provide insights into key business metrics.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders in order to improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Interpret data and provide insights into business performance and trends.
• Present findings to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Monitor and report on industry trends and developments.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, statistics, healthcare or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare data analyst role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and terminology.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
