Job Description

Role Overview:
You will be an Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of AngularJS concepts, including directives, controllers, services, modules, routing, and data binding (two-way data binding)
- Strong understanding of fundamental web technologies like semantic HTML, CSS styling, and interactive behavior implementation with JavaScript
- Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues, conduct testing and debugging

- Act as an advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
- Identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgements to recommend and implement solutions
- Resolve issues by selecting solutions through acquired technical experience and precedents
- Operate with a limited level of direct supervision
- Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
- Assess risk when making business decisions with particular consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with laws and regulations
Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry
- Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role
- Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
