Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Nagpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, lead generation, and fostering relationships with customers. The Sales Manager will also analyze sales data, prepare reports, and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of sustainable and green products is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
