Job Description
- As a Producer/Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead, document, and manage all assigned content production projects to ensure they are completed within the agreed schedule, budget, and quality standards throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of Studio projects by engaging the assigned team, consolidating and organizing relevant information, and facilitating clear communication channels.
It will be essential for you to ensure agility, innovation, and quality in all deliverables, as well as managing the Studio team workflow and deliverables effectively. Handling sensitive data with confidentiality, maintaining good relationships with colleagues and team members, and staying updated on industry trends, platforms, and formats will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be required to analyze projects critically to identify opportunities for operational improvements and support workflow, quality assurance, and archiving of final assets.

Proven organization and planning skills are crucial for this role, and any additional knowledge in content creation (social media) and interest in cool hunting would be a plus.
