Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager is based in Amritsar. The responsibilities of the role include identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing and building client relationships, and driving sales and revenue growth. The role requires maintaining a strong understanding of the companys products, tracking industry trends, and developing strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with teams to implement strategies and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, sales, and client acquisition
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategy planning
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Adaptability, goal orientation, and demonstrated ability to meet targets
• Knowledge of the life insurance sector or financial services is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Amritsar and willingness to travel as needed
