Role Description The Cluster Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirur, responsible for overseeing sales and distribution activities across an assigned cluster. This role involves managing and guiding branch and field teams, driving business growth, and ensuring achievement of sales and productivity targets. The Cluster Manager will develop and execute local sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and implement initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Cluster Manager will also mentor team members, conduct regular reviews and training sessions, and support a culture of customer-centricity and ethical business practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or distribution management, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
• Ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and customer needs within the region.
• Bachelors degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Comfort with on-site field work, local travel within the cluster, and working with multi-channel distribution models.
• High level of integrity, customer focus, and adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
